This Letter is to inform you that Kayla Powers is authorized by the office to collect Vehicle information of the residents for Office purpose.

If member is not confortable providing the information to Kayla, provide the information directly to office before September 30, 2019.

Failed to provide vehicle information before September 30, 2019, Vehicle will be considered as unauthorized vehicle on property and will be ticketed or towed at owners expenses. Management or Board will not be responsible for any loss/damages to the vehicle.
